Dear People Named Bill
Dear People Named Bill,
Please don’t choose an email like william.lastname@isp.com, and then email me and sign your email Bill, because then I will never find your email again because I will be looking for bill.lastname@isp.com.
Also, if everybody calls you Bill, make sure your “Display Name” is “Bill Lastname” not “William Lastname”. That’s just common courtesy, dude.
Thanks!
-Bob

ok well i’m trying to use the old look and feel but it wont let me input a custom HTML header.
It just says “No header will appear”
Why is it doing this?
jenns with emails starting jennifer.lastname@?
At my office we have a Rick who uses the name Eric in his email address. I always have trouble with that. Mikes and Michaels usually trip me up too. Also, sometimes I just forget people’s names and I wish their email addresses were something like thatannoyingchickwhoisalwayshoggingthebathroom@isp.com
LOL!
I HAD no idea that you read me! I totally love you guys, and I am honored to have you read my crap!!! WOW!!
fortunately my email is uncommonfirstname.Uncommonlastname-Rathermorecommonotherlastname [at] myjob.whatever. Let’s hear it for funky names.
Bob spelled backwards is boB, though, which can be useful to know, I suppose.
Poor Bill! Or is it William??
How exactly do they get Bill from William? And Ted from Thomas? And Bob from Robert? I mean…I dunno. I agree though.
hahah…
i got one friend his name is Richard but people sometimes call him Dicky…how’s that came about?!
There’s only one “O” in Bob?
…oops.
Picky, picky.
Before I read your post script I was thinking… he should have signed this Robert.
